On the course you will learn to
– providing first aid for life-threatening arrhythmias, as well as sudden cardiac arrest;
– recognition of life-threatening situations for a person
– initiation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation while awaiting defibrillation.

Must have: proper qualification and experience in accordance with the provisions of Section 1/6 of the STCW Code, as amended; maritime education; work experience on sea vessels of at least 3 years; work experience in training center for command staff training of at least 1 year; training course certificate "Automatic External (Defibrillators Saver One SVO – V0001)", "Medical Care on Board Ship"

Training based on requirements of American Heart Association (AHA) and European Resuscitation Council (ERC)
Material and technical support of the course
For theoretical training, a classroom equipped with tables and chairs enabling note-taking is used; the necessary number of educational and methodological manuals for the training process; appropriate educational and demonstration materials (stands, posters, posters, slides, photographs), tablets
